All of our cleaning products are non-toxic, environmentally friendly and therefore safe for the whole family. We collaborate with our suppliers to ensure that we keep up to date with all the changes and updates that occur in the cleaning industry.

1. Detailed description of what needs to be cleaned– Informing us of exactly which areas you wish to have cleaned as well as whether any area contains more stains than other areas, will assist us in allocating an appropriate amount of time for your job as well as in providing a more accurate quotation
2. Please ensure electricity and how water supply are available on the day – the exception to this is if you have requested a truck-mount machine which is self-powered and only needs access to normal tap water
3. If it’s a move out clean, please ensure that all rubbish and/or boxes are cleared out so that it doesn’t obstruct the technician’s access to the areas you wish to have cleaned
4. Vacuuming – Please ensure you have vacuumed your carpets and/or upholstery before cleaning commences. Vacuuming is not included in our standard carpet cleaning package, but can be found in ‘Deluxe’ and ‘Ultimate’ packages
5. Furniture – If you have only booked for standard carpet cleaning and would prefer to remove some or all the furniture from the carpeted area which will be cleaned, we recommend organising it prior to our technicians’ arrival as it may incur extra charges. Otherwise, in our ‘Deluxe’ and ‘ultimate’ packages, our technicians can help removing lighter furniture.

At Carpet Cleaning Professionals, the following room sizes are taken into consideration when providing estimates:

• Bedroom – 12sqm (3×4)
• Lounge room – 24sqm (6×4)
•  Hallway-8m2 (1×8)
• Master bedroom 20m2 (4×5)
• Dining room 24sqm (6×4)
• Rumpus room 32m2 (8×4)

If the area is larger, additional charges may apply

All appointments, cancelled on the day, will incur a minimum call out fee of $75
